5 FAT-BURNING FOODS TO ADD TO YOUR SHOPPING LIST

Grapefruit:

Remember the grapefruit diet in the 1980? Well, this is not as crazy as you think. A study published in the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism showed that grapefruit or grapefruit juice pre-dinner snacks can indeed promote weight loss. Researchers at Vanderbilt University found that obese adults who ate half of grapefruit or a glass of 100% grapefruit juice before reducing the three major calorie diets lost an average of 7.1% of their body weight in 14 weeks. That is, each person weighs 15 pounds. https://snip.ly/49g2km

Apples:

When eating apples, always keep the peel. why? Because it is an excellent source of a substance called "ursolic acid", it has been shown to help burn fat. Tests on obese rats showed that those who were fed ursolic acid (also found in cranberry, rosemary, lavender and plum) were comparable to those who were not given the substance but still lost weight and gained weight. Than, can eat more muscle tissue.

Blueberries:

They are rich in beneficial antioxidant vitamins, but this is not all you can get from eating blueberries regularly. Scientists at the University of Michigan have shown that obese rats that eat a diet rich in blueberries lose fat from their stomachs, and they say the same is true for humans. In this study, the researchers used freeze-dried foods that were crushed into powder from blueberries and added 2% of them to animal meals. After 90 days, their belly fat was reduced and their cholesterol lowered. Benefits are related to high levels of phytochemicals-natural antioxidants.

Almonds:

If you eat snacks, you might do worse than choosing almonds. A team of scientists from Pennsylvania State University studied the effect of eating a small amount of almonds (30 grams) of high-carbohydrate snacks matching calories on the weight of 52 adults with elevated cholesterol. After six weeks, there was no difference in weight loss between the two groups, but the almond diet proved to be an anti-cellulite, reducing overall belly fat and waist circumference compared to other snacks. https://snip.ly/49g2km

Coffee:

As long as it is darkened, coffee can help burn fat. But cola or other caffeinated beverages are also fine. Exercise scientists have previously demonstrated that eating caffeine before exercise can help the body use fat storage before relying on carbohydrates (glycogen) as fuel. Last year, a paper in the journal PLOS One analyzed the reaction of cyclists to Java vibrations and found that people who drink caffeine or coffee move 5% faster during exercise than those who do not drink caffeine. Better exercise output can translate into more calories burned, so it is a win-win for fat burning. https://snip.ly/49g2km
